Nanã Buruku
Our first goddess from African mythology is named Nanã Buruku. She receives a fine Coconut Cream Ale.
The second rider of the apocalypse, Martius with the sword, brings blood and war! A characterful Red Ale with a reddish-copper color and a soft malt body.
When the second seal is broken, the sky turns blood red. Peace is taken from the earth, and forth dashes Martius, the rider on the Fiery Red Horse.
In his hand, he wields the great sword. He is the archetype of war, conflict, and irrepressible energy. But Martius stands not only for destruction, but also for courage, new beginnings, and the strength needed to tear down the old and start new cycles. He is the blazing fire that drives the forge of destiny.
Fitting the fiery steed and the heat of battle, we have forged a Red Ale that shows true character.
In the glass, it glows in a reddish-copper color, as if the campfire of an army were reflected in it. But unlike the warlike rider, the beer shows itself to be surprisingly harmonious on the palate: a soft malt body forms the foundation.
Flavor-wise, warm notes of caramel, toffee, and lightly roasted grain dominate – a tribute to the earth over which the rider sweeps. A subtle fruitiness from the yeast provides complexity before Martius’s sword strikes: a gentle hop bite in the finish reminds us that this beer, as harmonious as it may seem, carries a sharp blade. A drink for warriors and connoisseurs alike.
