Hebe

Since the dawn of time, humans have searched for the secret of eternal youth. On Mount Olympus, this secret was guarded by Hebe, the daughter of Zeus and Hera.

She is the goddess of the bloom of youth and the cupbearer to the gods. Her task was to serve the immortals nectar and ambrosia – that mythical food that bestows eternal youth and vitality. Hebe embodies regeneration, life in full bloom, and the power that keeps the body young. Whoever drinks from her cup, age cannot harm them.

The Beer

In collaboration with the SSAAMP (Swiss Society for Anti Aging Medicine and Prevention), we have dedicated ourselves to the ancient question: can enjoyment also vitalize?

Inspired by historical “health beers” and research into the fortifying properties of malt extract, we have developed a beer that is as rich as ambrosia itself: a Brown Porter.

This beer is a liquid fountain of youth. It impresses with a deep, dark body and an intensive malty sweetness. We deliberately omitted modern bitterness and instead placed the nourishing power of the grain in the foreground. Notes of caramel, chocolate, and toasted bread make every sip a feast for the senses. Malty, sweet, and incredibly rich – a beer that invigorates body and spirit.
