Nanã Buruku
Our first goddess from African mythology is named Nanã Buruku. She receives a fine Coconut Cream Ale.
A Belgian Wit beer, as fresh as a salty breeze, as mild as the light over the open water.
When the wind fills the sails and the bow cleaves the water, you are in his realm. Neptune, the Roman god of the seas and rivers, rules over the waves with his mighty trident. He decides on storm and silence, on happy homecomings and the depths of the ocean.
For the renowned boat manufacturer Ganz Boats from Zurich, there could be no more fitting patron saint. Those who build boats that master the water need the blessing of the one who is the water. Neptune stands for the irrepressible power of the elements, but also for the elegance and freedom you feel when gliding across the lake.
What do you drink on a hot summer day on deck? We chose the epitome of maritime refreshment: a Belgian Witbier (White Ale).
This beer is as fresh as a salty breeze and as mild as the light over the open water. The natural cloudiness is reminiscent of the spray of the waves.
In the tradition of old sailors, we have refined this beer with orange peel – the fruit that was once vital for survival on long journeys. This is joined by the fine spice of coriander seeds. Together they result in a “Cerevisia Maritima”: a Mediterranean, light, and incredibly drinkable beer with a hint of wanderlust. Hand-brewed for people with depth and the perfect companion for the summer of 2025 on the water.
I am the depth, the quake, the flood - whoever awakens my wrath learns the violence of the sea.
