Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and are calculated based on the destination country, shipment weight, and volume of the order. Delivery costs can be calculated in the shopping cart and are shown separately on the order. Any customs duties and value-added tax are not included in the delivery costs.

Why do I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties may apply to merchandise items. So that we can concentrate fully on our main activity, brewing beer, we use a third-party provider for the production and shipping of our merchandise items.

This provider also works according to the “print-on-demand” principle, which means: Your merchandise item is only produced when it is ordered. This way, no items are produced unnecessarily to gather dust in a warehouse later on. The merchandise items are mainly produced in Spain and Latvia.
